RMA Unit Return Policy
1.

Document all of your findings and describe the problems that the unit is exhibiting. For more expedient service, please describe the problems as clearly as you can. Call our technical support department (510-353-0289) to receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping information.

An RMA number will be assigned. This number will be used to track your unit through our repair process. Please write this RMA number on the RMA form click here to view RMA form. Please completely fill out the RMA form. Be sure to obtain an RMA number prior to faxing (510-353-0399) or emailing (techsupport@ict-america.com) the completed RMA form to us.

In order to process your warranty/service request, we require the following information:
Company Name & Address
Contact Name, Phone & Fax Number
Model, Part & Serial Number of Units in Need of Repair
Problem Description

Return the unit to the supplied shipping address with the RMA Request Form. Please post the assigned RMA number on the outside of each box. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. If unused during this time period a new RMA number must be issued.

A Customer Service technician will diagnose the defective unit. For out-of warranty repairs, a repair estimate will be faxed to you for your approval before any repairs are performed. With your approval, the unit will be repaired or replaced.

The unit will be returned to you with a complete description of repairs performed and associated test documentation.

7.

Cross shipments and returns for credit must follow the Returns and Exchanges policy under the Terms and Conditions section of this website.
